Environmental Due Diligence, San Juan Airport.

Puerto Rico, 2011-12
Phase I Due Diligence, San Juan Airport.

uturis was commissioned by a leading UK environmental consultancy to carry out a Phase I Environmental Due Diligence assessment of San Juan International Airport, Puerto Rico, as part of the privatisation of the airport.  The environmental due diligence extended over a 6 month period of 6 months, during which a detailed review of background data was carried out, followed by a site visit, with further more focused reviews to define soil and groundwater contamination issues,  and to understand other issues that could represent a material concern for the investment group, such as asbestos, mechanical integrity of fuel storage and transfer systems, and noise issues.
